Infrastructure

The company has 7 high-speed rapier looms capable of producing about 7 lac pieces of labels per day. Labels ranging from 10mm width to 500mm width and up to 12 colours can be produced. Labels can be cut & fold, centerfold, meter fold, or Manhattan fold as per your requirements. We also have a state-of-the-art laser die cutting machine which cuts and shapes the labels into any imaginable form.

Printed Labels

We make printed labels of the highest quality on the FOCUS multicolor rotary machine imported from the U.K. This machine is capable of producing about 2 lac labels per day. The ink used for printing is also sourced from the U.K as local inks do not work on this machine. The printed labels are guaranteed from fading for at least 200 washes.

Tag Machine

We make tags of the highest quality on a multicolor tag machine imported from Japan. This machine is capable of producing about 2 lac tags per day. The ink used for printing is also sourced from Japan as local inks do not work on this machine. The tags are guaranteed from fading for at least 200 washes.

Our color yarn stock at any given time will be 1200 shades and above, enabling us to match almost all colors with ease. In case of special colors, we can get them dyed exactly within 7-10 days time.

Our design studio is equipped with 4 CAD stations using special software to design any kind of labels. The studio is managed by a team of well-qualified and experienced designers.
